Only a few days remain until the 24th edition of the cross-border festival Tribute to a Vision.

Only a few days remain until the 24th edition of the cross-border festival Tribute to a Vision, which this year will take place at no less than seven locations in Slovenia and Italy. As always, you can count on film screenings, talks with filmmakers, lectures and exhibitions – for more information, visit poklonviziji.com.

Among the festival's highlights, Kinoatelje presents selected works by this year's Darko Bratina Prize winner, Bulgarian director Stefan Komandarev, who won the Crystal Globe Main Prize at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (KVIFF) for his latest feature The Blaga's Lessons (screening on Thursday 19 October). The festival also celebrates 100 years of Armenian cinema, and will be joined by Armenian director and 2009 Darko Bratina Award winner Harutyun Khachatryan and Armenian film producer Tatevik Manoukyan. Another Slovenian premiere is on the programme: Italian director Giacomo Abbruzzese's debut feature Disco Boy (2023), which won the Silver Bear at this year's Berlinare.

The festival is part of the official programme of the European Capital of Culture 2025 Nova Gorica – Gorizia.
