As part of this year's Knjige pod jelkami book festival (Books under the firs), a Pop-up bookstore has opened in the former Alpina store in the center of Nova Gorica, representing more than 25 Slovene publishing houses from Slovenia and Italy. It is open daily until December 23rd from 10:00 to 18:00, just in time to buy smart gifts! In addition, this year the book fair goes also online for free, and there will be workshops, a poetry map, conversation evenings at the Xcenter and a fairytale trail for children.
