The BridA artist collective, which will organise artist residences for GO! 2025 (with 15 years of experience), has been visiting our sister, the German European Capital of Culture 2025 for several weeks. Like Nova Gorica, Chemnitz was created after the Second World War and was designed according to the ideas of socialist urban planning. And this is only one of the many parallels we will be able to draw during this multi-year cooperation. At the Dialofelder residency program of the Club Solitaer e.V in Sonnenberg district, supported by @Chemnitz2025, passers-by experienced the action of the BridA collective, through a picture created on the basis of audio instructions and which is dealing with digital in the urban space. Representatives of Chemnitz already visited us in Gorizia a year ago, when we were still candidates for the ECoC, while now thanks to BridA we got to know their capital for the first time. BridA will present its impressions and collaboration possibilities on September 9 in Solkan in the Mobilet kiosk on Marko Plenčič Square. We are waiting for you, let the collaboration begin!
