Business secretary VII/2 (M/F) The duties of the Business secretary VII/2 - Business secretary (M/F) include: - secretarial and administrative work, - management of the Director's office, reception of clients and representative duties, - archive keeping, personnel record keeping - receiving, registering and sorting mail, - preparing materials for colleges, taking minutes and carrying out professional work for the Board for the public body, - disseminating information on the public body and events in all their forms, - participating in the management and organisation of the treasury and treasury documentation, - order office supplies and record expenditure, - keeping the records required by the regulations in force, - maintaining contact with external accounting and legal services, - organising student work, if necessary, - other tasks assigned by the head of the internal organisational unit, the other deputy directors and the director. Specialisation after higher education (previous) or higher vocational education (previous) or higher vocational education (1st Bologna degree) or higher university degree and at least 2 years of work experience in positions with the required qualifications. Other requirements: - Knowledge of Slovenian and English at an advanced level, - knowledge of Italian at a basic level. - Professional work performance, - economical use of the organisation's resources, - implementation of adopted annual plans, - continuous training, - training and updating according to the needs of the work process. - computer skills in MS Office programmes at an advanced level, - organisational skills, - communication skills within a team, - ability to work in a team. Work in the premises of the Public Institute and/or the EGTC GO partner organisation, other venues in Slovenia and abroad as necessary within the scope of the work tasks.
