By clicking on each registration number, you will be redirected to a document where you can read more about the requirements of the post and a description of the works and tasks.   Vacant posts:   Head of Communications (M/F) Social Network Manager (M/F) Human Resources Manager (M/F) Independent Expert Consultant (M/F)   The application deadline for all vacancies is Friday, 18 November 2022.   We invite you to send us your CV and motivation letter by e-mail to info@go2025.eu.   We are looking forward to new recruitment!       The tasks of the Head of Communications (M/F) include:   developing effective and innovative forms of information and promotion activities and monitoring information and innovations in their field of work, participation in the preparation of public and other calls for the preparation or renewal of the Institution’s corporate and graphic image and other promotional content or trainings, cooperation in the planning of the Institution’s website, managing the promotion, communication of the Institution’s programme and activities, and cooperation with media representatives and journalists, management of advertising and event protocol, organisation and participation in public presentations (press conferences, events, occasions, etc.) and in protocol activities, on-call duty at promotional and other events of the Institution, strategically connecting with the Head of Marketing, including participation in the preparation of expert bases for sponsorship and donor campaigns, participating in the preparation of the strategic plan, annual plans, reports and other common documents of the Institution, monitoring and preparing reports on the statistics and the course of communication of the Institution, cooperation with other institutions in the field of activities of the Institution in Slovenia and abroad, coordination and implementation of promotional and public relations activities, cooperation with sponsors and donors, other tasks by orders of the Head of the Internal Organizational Unit, other assistant directors and the Director.   What are the working hours? Full-time work, flexible working hours.   What is the location of the work? Work takes place in the premises of the Public Institution and/or the partner organization EGTC GO, and if necessary, at other venues in Slovenia and abroad within the scope of work tasks.   Other requirements:   organizational skills, communication skills, ability to work in a team, broad knowledge of the media space, professional performance of work, economical management of the funds of the Institution, continuing education, upskilling and training in accordance with the needs of the work process.   Reg. no. of the post at the Employment Service: OS63080     The tasks of the Social Network Manager (M/F) include:   developing effective and innovative forms of information and promotion activities and monitoring information and innovations in their field of work, management of social networks and other communication channels of the Institution, participation in the preparation of public and other calls for the preparation or renewal of the Institution’s corporate and graphic image
and other promotional content or trainings, participation in website design, editorial design and updating of
the Institution's website, organization and participation in public presentations (press conferences, events, 
occasions, etc.) and in protocol activities, on-call duty at promotional and other events of the Institution and of the developers of ECOC 2025 projects and programmes, editing and keeping records of data for informing all types of the public (internal, professional, international, general, media) and editing and archiving promotional material and media publications, participating in the preparation of annual plans, reports and other common documents of the Institution, monitoring and preparing reports on the statistics and the course of communication of the Institution, cooperation with other institutions in the field of activities of the Institution in Slovenia and abroad, other tasks by orders of the Head of the Internal Organizational Unit, other assistant directors and the Director.   What are the working hours? Full-time work, flexible working hours.   What is the location of the work? Work takes place in the premises of the Public Institution and/or the partner organization EGTC GO, and if necessary, at other venues in Slovenia and abroad within the scope of work tasks.   Other requirements:   proficient knowledge of Slovenian and English language, competence with computers in MS Office programs at a higher level, organizational skills, communication skills, ability to work in a team, professional performance of work, economical management of the funds of the Institution, implementation of adopted annual plans, continuing education, upskilling and training in accordance with the needs of the work process.   Reg. no. of the post at the Employment Service: OS63244       The tasks of the Human Resources Manager (M/F) include:   organisation and coordination of business contacts and meetings, independently keeping more demanding documentation and records, participation in the preparation and administration of relevant public announcements and invitations from the HR area, performing HR functions (planning, selection and development and training of personnel), participation in the preparation of acts in the field of labour law and organisational personnel affairs, preparation of analyses and other expert bases for decision-making, preparation of documents in the field of labour relations, monitoring legislation in the field of work, general contracts custody, insurance policies custody, participation in the selection of personnel, preparation of documentation for personnel salaries, considering and monitoring promotions and other related obligations, participating in the preparation of materials for the council of the Institute and coordinating the operation of the councils, participating in the coordination of organizational units of the Institution, managing the working time registration system, carrying out internal communication, archiving the documentation, if necessary, organization of student work, other tasks by orders of the Head of the Internal Organizational Unit, other assistant directors and the Director.   What are the working hours? Full-time work, flexible working hours.   What is the location of the work? Work takes place in the premises of the Public Institution and/or the partner organization EGTC GO, and if necessary, at other venues in Slovenia and abroad within the scope of work tasks.   Other requirements:   proficient knowledge of Slovenian language, basic knowledge of Italian or English language, professional performance of work, economical management of the funds of the Institution, implementation of adopted annual plans, continuing education, upskilling and training in accordance with the needs of the work process, competence with computers in MS Office programs at a higher level, organizational skills, communication skills, ability to work in a team.   Reg. no. of the post at the Employment Service: OS63409       The tasks of the Independent Expert Consultant (M/F) include:   assisting and advising on the planning, development, organisation and management of the Institution’s content and event programme, production work and project management, keeping records of the use of the event premises of the Institution, cooperation with the Head of Marketing in the marketing of exhibitions, shows and other potential events, cooperation with the Head of Public Relations in the strategic planning and implementation of communication of events and shows and updating the
Institution's website and social networks in the area of work, international cooperation and cooperation with other relevant partners of the Institution, preparation of lectures and regular professional projects, ensuring the keeping, recording and cataloguing of product collections, participation in the preparation of the strategic plan, annual plans and reports and other common documents of the Institution, cooperation with other expert associates of the Institution, professional development in the field of work, ensuring the archiving of documentation, other tasks by orders of the Head of the Internal Organizational Unit, assistant directors and the Director.   What are the working hours? Full-time work, flexible working hours.   What is the location of the work? Work takes place in the premises of the Public Institution and/or the partner organization EGTC GO, and if necessary, at other venues in Slovenia and abroad within the scope of work tasks.   Other requirements:   proficient knowledge of Slovenian English language, basic knowledge of Italian or language, professional performance of work, economical management of the funds of the Institution, continuing education, upskilling and training in accordance with the needs of the work process, competence with computers in MS Office programs at a higher level, good mentoring and communication skills, ability to work in a team.   Reg. no. of the post at the Employment Service: OS63716
