This year's International Day of Volunteering, 5 December 2024, will be something special in Nova Gorica!

As part of ECoC GO! 2025, we have prepared an integrated solution for volunteering in the field of culture. In cooperation with the BiT Planota Foundation, we are presenting a volunteer service and a platform for connecting volunteers with organisations working in the field of culture.

Why volunteer?

Volunteers will become a key part of the ECoC project. They will help with event organisation, information points, logistics and communication. Being part of the Borderless Hero project is an invaluable experience - go behind the scenes of the ECoC, experience a unique adventure, gain new skills and expand your social network!
