The Festival of the Ideal Town - Dialogues in Palmanova aims at creating a wide and open confrontation with written, oral and filmed testimonies, enquiries and analyses.

A free exchange of thoughts and ideas of intellectuals, men of science, without constraints of faith, political profession or culture. Dialogues is a window on the world of knowledge, literary and artistic creativity and stems from the desire to give importance and priority to culture, as an absolute necessity, a universal right because it is an essential element for the overall growth of the individual and the entire community, seen in their Diversity and Complexity. An innovative formula that questions time, looking towards an inclusive and solidarity-based society. Culture as a free and freely accessible home for all.

The APS Culturaglobale has been promoting and planning cultural, artistic and sports initiatives for 25 years, in a variety of interpretations: poetry, theatre, stage readings, performances, literature, dance, music, art, video and much more. Particular attention is paid to topical and social issues, in places in the FVG Region that are particularly interesting from an artistic, historical, cultural and naturalistic point of view.
