Soča River at Solkan Kayak Center
The kayak centre will teach you the basic strokes of kayak paddling, take you down the rapids in a raft and with a boat to the opposite bank, which used to be the state border between Italy and Slovenia. Option of renting state-of-the-art gear and equipment, with sit-on-top kayaks being a particularly attractive option. The centre is located close to a top-tier whitewater slaloming course. Soča River has traditionally hosted many important national and international competitions.
