European Capital of Culture 2025 Nova Gorica - Gorizia introduces its own biscuits!
A rose-shaped biscuit symbolizing Nova Gorica, while also telling the story of the Bourbons in Kostanjevica and the renowned Bourbon roses. The petals give Biškotične a delicate flavour of the queen of flowers – the rose. Biškotične were created as part of the Experience Factory, organized by the Nova Gorica and Vipava Valley Tourist Board of in collaboration with Brumat Bakery. They are available at the TIC, selected tourism providers, and through the Brumat Bakery's sales network.
